UX designer

We are now taking the product to the next level and expanding internationally, making Tink the smartest personal finance app in the world with a strong focus on user experience and design. We are looking for a Senior UX designer to help us with that leap!

As Senior UX designer you will lead and develop the design processes and play an important part in engaging the whole company in design. Together with Head of Product and the design team you will define the future of Tink.

Responsibilities:

Lead design workshops to define product roadmap
Facilitate and develop the design processes
Lead and initiate quantitative and qualitative user tests
Tackle big flowcharts as well as micro interactions
Sketch out ideas and making prototypes
Present work both visually and verbally
Write and talk about UX design

+5 years experience of UX design
Experience in leading and developing design processes
Experience of working with design in a product context is meriting
