Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ERP Specialist to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Act as a skilled team member, collaborating with subject matter experts to provide global SAP support and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
• Design and configure end-to-end solutions, ensuring consistency with design principles, standards, and methods.
• Support acceptance testing for customizations and application releases.
• Provide support to users across multiple locations in Europe, USA, and Asia.
• Engage in occasional travel, less than 20% of the year, to support project requirements.

What You Bring:

• Solution Provider: Demonstrate problem-solving abilities by analyzing solutions with experience and judgment.
• SAP Experience: Possess a senior level of experience in SAP applications.
• Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or possess equivalent work experience, including 3-5 years in a SAP environment.
• Development Methodologies: Familiarity with agile working methods.
• Teamwork: Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills, effectively managing priorities.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication in Swedish and English, conveying technical concepts and business impact.
• Passion for ERP Transformation: Display enthusiasm for driving collaborative ERP solutions to enhance resilience, agility, productivity, and sustainability.
• Curiosity about Cloud Environments: Show interest in exploring SAP RISE and other cloud technologies to integrate intelligence into ERP applications, including machine learning, virtual reality, blockchain, and voice-activated technologies.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
