The Accounts Channels team is part of the Cash Management area within Technology and the area provides IT development and maintenance, delivering world class services to our clients. The area is growing, and we aim to strengthen our capacity and hence we are looking for a new Solution Developer to join us and be an important part of the great Channel Transformation journey.

About the role

You will be a part of one of the Agile development teams of talented professionals, who are developing solutions within electronic banking channels, working and contributing towards continuous improvements and continuous delivery process. You will work in a diverse environment with teams and colleagues located in Luleå, Vilnius and Stockholm.

As a Java backend developer you will be responsible for:

• Development and maintenance of our external and internal API’s for SEB electronic banking channels.

• Building services that are high quality, scalable and maintainable.

• Leading work in technical matters in close collaboration with team members.

We use:

• Languages/Frameworks: Java, Spring-boot application, Kafka, SQL, Maven.

• Tools: Jira, Confluence.

• CI/CD: Github, Docker.

• Deployments: Openshift.

• Monitoring: Splunk.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Experience in developing backend solutions in Java, integrations and services.

• Fluent in English.

• Working in DevOps and familiar with build tools and automation- Jenkins/ Github.

• Working with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, or any other containerization and/or its orchestration technology is an advantage.

• Working with API’s, endpoints, microservices.

• Help build best practices, guide junior developers, perform code reviews.

• Help drive the right solutions.
