Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing/Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Write Equipment Requirement Specifications, identify suitable vendors, and evaluate their proposals.
• Collaborate with key departments such as R&D, Site Services, EHS, and Maintenance.
• Conduct Equipment and Process Qualification following QMS guidelines to develop safe and high-quality processes.
• Perform statistical analysis including CpK/Ppk to validate process capabilities.
• Utilize root cause analysis to address complex manufacturing and quality issues involving multiple variables.
• Assist Production Associates in resolving manufacturing and quality challenges related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, and provide training and guidance.
• Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) efforts by creating Process Flow Charts, Product Risk Maps, and FMEA to enhance cycle time, quality, and EHS compliance.
• Provide input on DFW/DFA design feedback.
• Develop manufacturing and testing processes focusing on safety, quality, and repeatability for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Participate in Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives, ensuring compliance during change implementation.
• Review fixture and machine designs.

What you bring:

• BSc in Science or Engineering discipline.
• Strong background in Process Engineering.
• Experience in FMEA, DMAIC, 5S, Lean, and Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Proficient in creating documentation such as work instructions and manufacturing plans.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Experience in test method qualification.
• Desired experience in bonding processes (e.g., laser welding, gluing), injection molding, and assembly of mechanical connections.
• Knowledge of programming and setting up test bed equipment, PLC, or robotic systems.
