As a QA Engineer, you will be an important pillar in a cross-functional agile team, working in close collaboration with developers, product owners, UX and designers as well as other company stakeholders. This is a brand new role in our growing organisation, which means that you will have lots of opportunity to make an impact. We are very proud of our product where quality is extremely important and we see this position as an important step to further improve our product and processes. Focusing more on automation will allow us to create more customer value and better prepare us for growing and scaling the products to new markets. We are constantly challenging ourselves and trying find ways to improve, and that’s something that we will expect from you too.

Your main tasks will include:
- developing automated testing processes
- developing back-office functions for support
- supporting feature development with test planning and tools
- supporting our sales & marketing team with demos as trial projects

As we are a small but growing company, the scope of the position will be wide and include both hands-on testing as well as strategic planning. As a safeguard of quality, you will therefore need a wide QA experience from an agile environment, including creating well-structured test plans, prioritizing, and executing different testing activities.

As you will be responsible for implementing and driving our test automation processes, you need to be senior enough to be able to drive this work independently.

The role will require working closely with other teams, roles and functions so we need you to be a collaborative team player with great communication skills.
In order to for us to consider your application, you must hold a valid permanent Swedish work permit.
