About the Talent program
We are looking for highly motivated talents to join Ascom and their journey for the upcoming twelve months. During the talent program you will have the opportunity to get a deeper understanding of Ascom´s products, get further education within your field of technology, lectures with important knowledge of collaboration and communication in an agile team.
During the program you will have a dedicated mentor and combine your daily work with the benefits of the Tomorrow Talent program.

About the role
As an Android App Developer you will be a part of an agile team working closely with software developers, interaction designers, technical writers and test engineers all working with Ascom´s smartphone for healthcare. You will work with software and app development in Android based smartphones and help developing new functions, for example new login functions or voice control.

Your profile
We believe you are newly graduated and have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the field of Computer Science. You have good knowledge in Java and a great interest in app development and learning new techniques. It is important for us to find candidates with hobby/pet-projects or a thesis within app development.
