About the Talent program
We are looking for highly motivated talents to join Ascom and their journey for the upcoming twelve months. During the talent program you will have the opportunity to get a deeper understanding of Ascom´s products, get further education within your field of technology, lectures with important knowledge of collaboration and communication in an agile team.During the program you will have a dedicated mentor and combine your daily work with the benefits of the Tomorrow Talent program.

About the role
As a test engineer, you will be part of an agile team with both senior and junior colleagues who work with software testing on product and system level. You will work with technologies like Android smart phones, apps and wifi. Your responsibilities will be to design and implement test cases, both automated and manual, perform test cases, troubleshooting and hands-on work in Ascom´s test lab.

Co-operation with colleagues at Ascom R&D centers around the globe will be a natural part of daily work. We are working according scrum methodologies and have the objective to deliver high quality software by using continuous integration setup.

Your profile
We believe you are newly graduated and have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within (or nearby) the field of computer science. You are fluent in English, speech and writing. You have good knowledge in Java or Python.You have a good spirit and a positive mindset, you are communicative and enjoy team work. Since Ascom work with products used in hospitals that in the end can save lives, it is also important that you are thorough and quality conscious in your work.
