• Working on service now development with knowledge on server side / client side scripting and workflows
• Knowledge on glide scripting, UI pages, jelly scripting and workflows
• Worked on Service Now applications scoped and global applications
• Worked with 3rd party integrations
• Working experience with various on ServiceNow areas such as IT Service Management, IT Service Portal etc
