Software Developer

FlexQube is expanding the RnD team and is now looking for a new colleague that will have a key role in the development of the eQart, the new era of FlexQube's smart, motorized and modular industrial carts. Your main responsibility will be to manage the development of all software applications related to the eQart? product such as firmware, android apps, operator UI, cloud services and fleet managers. As a software developer you will have a unique opportunity to make an impact on the new eQart design and the value it will create for the FlexQube customers. The work is done in a dynamic and innovative team, all with the same goal - To make FlexQube’s customers world leaders in intralogistics.

You will be responsible for all planning, work and results related to the software part of the eQart product. You can expect a lot of hands on work with the product, including many hours in the workshop with trials and errors in order to develop the eQart in the most efficient way. Traveling to our development team in India will be frequent, and you can also expect to join tradeshows in order to always be up to date on the latest technology. Your main tasks will be related to software, but in order to create the best solutions you will work close to our sales department in order to have a good understanding in intralogistics, and the challenges that our customers are facing.

You are a team player that understands the complexity of automation projects and understand the need for listening to all stakeholders and come up with optimized solution. You are not afraid of failure and you are willing to try new and unproven solutions. You take care of problems in a constructive way and transform them into solutions. You have an energetic interest in new products and new technology and are using tech products in your daily life. Experience from automation within logistics automation and AGV solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience from the gaming industry is also an advantage.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelors or master’s degree in software engineering or similar
• 2+ years’ experience
• Python expertise
• C++ expertise
• Linux platform expertise
• Experience in Algorithm Development
• Experience of Code review, evaluation and debugging
• Experience in IoT applications and connected products
• You are fluent in English
