We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our highly energized team working towards building a key datatwarehousing solution which fulfils Nordea's strategic business and regulatory requirments and also contributing to the future architecture road map.

Your future responsibilities

Nordea is running several projects with the purpose of strengthening its Treasury division (TALM). This unit is responsible for the development and maintenance of solutions that support Treasury Asset and Liability Management business processes and Regulatory Reporting. The Treasury IT Organization acts as the interface between technology partners and business partners with the aim to support the process and provide state of the art technology solutions.

As a Senior Project Manager you will take an active role in:

. Leading complex IT projects with focus on data warehousing and business intelligence taking end to end responsibility
. Engaging and developing project team members in understanding the strategic and business rationale in the assigned projects
. Facilitating the collaboration between business and IT

You will join a dynamic team consisting of both internal and external colleagues working cross border and through an integrated reporting and data value chain. The environment is highly professional, with a high degree of personal responsibilities.

The position is located in central Stockholm.

Your profile and background:

. You have experience in leading complex IT projects in financial services or other regulated industries, as well as experience of data warehousing or business intelligence
. You have knowledge about how to comply with project steering models and processes, and the ability to managing multiple interfaces and stakeholders
. We expect that you have at a minimum Bachelor degree in information technology/computer science or finance/economics. A recognized project manager qualification (IPMA, PMI or Prince2 certification) will be an advantage
. Excellent english communication skills, written and spoken, is required
. Experience in driving projects with an offshore or nearshore delivery element is preferred, as well as experience in working with an agile development process
