IT operations coordinator

Tradecap-it is focussed on handing software development projects mainly in the healthcare sector. We are both interested in developing software products on our own and to cater the IT needs of other companies in Sweden. We are also involved in developing internal, stand alone applications and online applications for a chain of pharmacies in Denmark.

- Expected candidate should be able to convert the business needs to IT technical specifications and convey it to our offshore development team.
- Should be able to design project plans on MS-projects and other realted tools.
- Should be a keen listener, should have the capacity to read between the lines.
- A high level of written and spoken english is required on a daily basis as the job involves a lot of communication with our offshore development teams.
- Should have knowledge on web programming technologies such as code igniter, laravel and core PHP.
- Should be able to administer database tools such as MySQL and MS-Sql.
- Will be expected to go to various client locations in Sweden to gather requirements and for implementation support.
- Should be able to handle all the aspects of SDLC.
- Should also be able to suggest and compare the pricing with the scandinavian market standards.

A minimum experience of 3 years is required from a similar role.

Should possess a univeristy level education in IT (minimum 3 years)

Possession of Prince 2 certification or related project management certification would be a definite advantage but not a requirement.
