Future Talent Programme - Solution Design Engineer Industry 4.0

Our Future Talent Programme - Leadership Track is a two-year programme that will support your development and grow your professional and leadership skills in a truly international environment. From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member and hold a permanent position. Together with your manager you will plan the content of your programme and he/she will coach you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and experience a network of colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained great experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company. The Future Talent Programme starts in September 2019. The position is based in Lund, Sweden but includes local and international job rotations.

In the position as Solution Design Engineer Industry 4.0 you will participate in the design, delivery and maintenance of Tetra Pak's business related to the delivery of digital solutions to our customers. You will interact and cooperate with both internal as well as external stakeholders (customers, key account teams, market company engineers) on a truly global level and play an important role in shaping Tetra Pak's future with focus on Industry 4.0 and digitalisation.

Who you are

You are a fast thinker who likes to solve problems and to work with people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented and of course passionate about what you do/about the area of Industry 4.0 and digitalisation.

Qualifications

-Master's degree within Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or Automation (with focus on IT and/or Production systems). OBS! To qualify for this trainee programme, your Master's degree cannot be older than from 2018.
-We appreciate applicants with special knowledge (experience or studies) or interest within IoT, Industry 4.0, databases and/or web programming,
-Experience or studies within Project Management is considered a plus.
-Experience of UX design and prototyping is a merit.
-Working at Tetra Pak you need to be able to work and learn in English, verbally as well as in writing.
