Product Manager

Greenbyte makes Energy Cloud – an industry leading SaaS offering to monitor, analyze and optimize renewable energy plants. We are a team of young professionals in a fast-growing organization on a mission to convert more renewable resources into electricity.

As Product Manager for Greenbyte you will be part of the Product team responsible for our entire product portfolio, including development of strategies to ensure success in all phases of the product or lifecycle – from conception and definition to launch and post-launch. You are also responsible for communicating needs and requirements throughout the organization, involving market research, design and development, marketing, sales and support. You will be working in a tight-knit team with other product managers, engineers, UI/UX designers, and technical writers.

You will serve as an internal and external evangelist for our product, sometimes working with sales and key customers in a pre-sales support capacity.

Own and develop product roadmap

Translate internal and customer business needs to functional product requirements and specifications towards product development team

Gather and evaluate requirements and prioritize activities for the development team

Launch and communicate new product releases and features

Monitor key metrics related to usage and user experience to improve products

Pre-sales support for key customers

Education & Profile

- Experience working as Product Manager with SaaS offerings
- Skillful in project management
- Deep understanding and interest in UX
- Systematic, autonomous, results-oriented
- An eye for detail
- Enjoys learning new things and working with new technology
- A get-stuff-done personality
- Interest in renewable energy
- Degree in computer science and/or business

Extra Pluses

- Experience working with Scrum processes
- Fluency in German
- Proficiency in using Jira, Receptive, and/or Aha
