The program is open to graduates with less than 2 years’ work experience in their relevant field and includes the following roles and more across all IST departments and locations.

- Software Developer
- DevOps
- Tester
- UX/GUI Designer
- Project Leader
- Software Consultant
- Communicator
- Business Analyst

What will you learn?

For a period of 12 months, 20% of your working time will be wholly focused on you and your personal development through our Trainee Program. You’ll be trained in all aspects of the innovation process from research, idea development, prototyping, testing to final implementation. Step by step you will be taken through the processes while applying your learning to a real-life project of strategic importance to IST. In addition, you will receive exposure to different technologies, UX design, business development and lots more. The perfect start to building a successful and rewarding career with IST!
