The role

The Client Applications Team develops video player plugins that help our clients display ads and track data to our ad server with a minimum of effort. We provide SDKs for easy integration in iOS and Android applications, as well as plugins for HTML5-based video players. The plugins and SDKs allow our clients to display new innovative ad formats in their own video players without any custom development.

As a Javascript developer you will contribute with great technical knowledge and experience in developing plugin capabilities for most online media platforms. The team is cross functional and works on the latest video playback technology. You will be involved in building features from concept to implementation and deployment and you will need to use all your experience and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Architecting, testing and developing plugins, tools and SDKs
• Contributing to development on other platforms
• Provide guidance about technical options and limitations of product initiatives within the platform
About you

You are an outstanding software developer. Although you are probably comfortable working in several languages, you have excellent knowledge in Javascript and perhaps you have previous experience of developing in the media landscape. You quickly and easily pick up new languages and frameworks and are happy switching between technologies and thrive in developing well tested, modular and maintainable code. Engagement and drive is more important than years of experience!
