Technical Operations Engineer

Working as a Technical Operations Engineer you will operate NTT Com Security Advanced Services MSS platforms and SIEMaaS platforms around the world. The position offers a large variety of different tasks operating both internally developed systems and well known platforms.

So what will you do?
You will work in a very skilled and dedicated IT-operations team in Gothenburg , together with one of the best IT Security Analytics team on the globe.
You will be responsible for:
? Systems administration
? Infrastructure administration
? Security administration
? Customer deployment (server, IDS/IPS, firewall and other network equipment)
? Device management
You will have:
? Exceptional knowledge within one of these two areas:
o Cisco networking, IPSec VPN and dynamic routing protocols
o Systems administration: Linux (Redhat and Ubuntu) servers.

? Good knowledge:
o System administration: Windows servers
o Firewall administration
o Network administration
o IT Security
Ideally you will have some experience with VMWare, Slpunk, Palo Alto, Shell Script, Python, or Saltstack PowerShell

Since this role comprises of considerable customer interaction and some documentation it is essential that you are fluent in English and Swedish.
