For the development of Care by Volvo - we will strengthen the team with a Search Engine Optimization Manager.
What you will do
You will working as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO Manager) to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization, review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes and conduct keyword expansion research. You’ll also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success. You will manage, develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for Care by Volvo. Coordinate content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities. Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns and keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends.
Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy as well as working with Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building). You will collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role. Since we are in a start-up phase we believe you enjoy the challenge building something new.
We also believe that you have:
Proven experience as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager, SEM Manager or similar role where you have demonstrable experience in SEO practices, developing and executing successful SEO strategies and conducting keyword research to guide content teams. Experience with SEO reporting, familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is required and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. You have an analytical mindset with numerical aptitude. You have excellent communication skills, strong organizational and leadership skills
The job can be located in Volvo Cars HQ Gothenburg or in Stockholm, Epicenter.
You will be part of the Care by Volvo Commercial team and report to the Chief Commercial Officer
