Responsibilities/tasks :

To act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, analyze and document functional requirements to the assigned project team as per defined business requirements of the client.
(1.) To prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements
(2.) To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications.
(3.) To maintain the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
(4.) To participate and facilitate the walkthrough? to brief the Functional Specification mapping to Business Requirements.

Education:

Bachelor in Science / Computer / Tech

Experience and skills:

- 10 years of experience with considerable business/functional experience in Retail & Supply Chain implementations, system integration and consulting.

- Should have multichannel transformation experience in Tier 1/ Tier 2 organizations.

- Should have expert functional and technical knowledge in the following Sterling Multi Channel Selling and Fulfillment applications.

- Excellent knowledge of benchmarks & best practices of modern seamless multichannel experience and the key best of breed technologies that support.

- Good exposure and capability understanding of IBM Steriling, ManH DOM, as well as ecommerce applications such as Hybris, Oracle ATG, Endeca etc.

- Understand the overall process of order management lifecycle (e.g. order capture, order payment, etc.).

- Highly motivated problem solver with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency.

- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and reporting/data visualization tools.

- Strong customer service skills and ability to follow through to resolve customer issues.

- Develop new processes when faced with business requirements or changes to meet the requirements but also insure minimal negative impact.

- Ability to Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain processes and performance.

- Make recommendations to internal and external stakeholders for improvements activities in multichannel.
