We are looking to hire a talented Product Designer with strong visual skills who is passionate about the Natural Cycles brand, and is inspired to use their talent to help us in our mission of pioneering women’s health. You will be a part of the Creative and Design team and work closely with our talented creatives as well as developers and product owners in R&D. Your main area of focus will be within the web team. In this role you will get the opportunity to translate user insights into clever user flows, design interactive prototypes, test and evaluate, and then sketch out innovative designs for our product that our users will love.

What you will be doing

Sketch out rough interactions and interfaces to help define new features and ideas.
Iterate on these ideas and build clickable prototypes that can be used for internal reviews and user tests.
Drive qualitative testing in the markets the product will be used to get input and iterate on the designs and concepts you and the team work on.
Demonstrate taste in layout, typography and visual hierarchy. Use design principles, as well as existing style guides and previous product design work.
Follow existing visual and UX patterns established by the team to ensure a consistent, intuitive experience.
Design mockups and pixel perfect final designs
Work closely with developers throughout the implementation stage to ensure a high quality end product.
Impact long-term UX strategy together with the Design Team.

Who you are and what you have

- A team-player who enjoys working within an international environment
- A self motivated person who enjoys driving projects
- Experience driving qualitative testing using different methodologies
- A designer with strong visual skills
- A strong understanding of interaction design, visual design and user experience
- Experience designing high quality interfaces and experiences
- The ability to articulate and explain your ideas to other designers, developers and product managers
- A person who believes in the importance of feedback
- Ability to produce visual mockups using Figma or similar tools
- Familiar with prototyping tools such as InVision, Framer, or similar tools
- The desire to go above and beyond to produce the best work
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
