About the job

The User Interface team is responsible for the user interface development and maintenance of the internet banks in Sweden and the Baltics. We work closely with the UX design system team and other cross functional teams with the aim to constantly improve the digital experience for our customers in the digital channels. Our delivery is visible to millions of Swedish and Baltic customers.

You will be working with colleagues from both Sweden and the Baltic countries. The team is filled with talented and committed people and is self-going with lots of freedom to focus on the things that create most value. There are exiting challenges and possibilities for proactive professional development. We are currently migrating UI library into web components.

As a Software Engineer (Frontend Developer) you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute in all areas: analyze, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team;
• Proactively reduce the technical depths;
• Solve and deploy solutions of incidents and problems;
• Continuously update existing documentation;
• Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software;
• Design new tests, improve existent ones and execute tests in order to secure needed quality of the delivered software;
• Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working;
• And have fun while at it

• HTML5, Angular, CSS3, node.js, web components, TypeScript, (native) JavaScript

What you need to succeed

You are our missing piece, if you have deep interest and passion for frontend development and a DevOps mentality. You need to have an understanding of web development principles, newest technological possibilities and different platforms with the ability to produce responsive solutions.
We are looking for someone with broad technical skills and experience from mixed technical environments (3+ years as a Developer), who has a university degree in computer science or similar, is fluent in English and who wishes to work in a strong, international organization. It is valuable if you also have experience of working with test in Jenkins, Protractor and Docker etc.
You will fit right in the team, if you are eager to share your knowledge and learn from colleagues, you take initiative, drive work together with your team members and have experience in agile way of working. High motivation, proactive mentality, strong problem solving and communication skills are also important.
