D2C Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to own insights and analysis that will inform the direction of this new program.
You will drive the development and rollout of the new D2C commerce platform.
• Plan project and resource requirements & management of resources
• Clarify Business Requirements
• Assess best solution(s) with objective best practice processes
• Oversee design/build and testing of Solution
• Provide Training to Key Users and ensure successful UAT

You will act as a Digital Champion within the Commerce area.
• Interacting with vendors, creating RFPs, evaluation of different vendors and solutions
• Keeping up to date with latest technologies
• Being responsible for prototyping new solutions with new technologies
The role will be based in Stockholm, and will require travel from time to time

A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

You will
• Work closely with the rest of the IT EMEA team members in order to get an integrated and standardised solution.
• Provide functional expertise & guidance for eCommerce solutions to other team members
• Work closely with business stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance, translating the business requirements into IT solutions
• Have regularly liaise with business and IT owners from other process areas to ensure consistency of objectives, approach and solution across the IT landscape
• Further develop the functional designs related to the sales e-commerce area based on new business requirements, preparing functional specifications, giving the needed instructions to the development team, testing the product results, configuring and customizing the needed set ups and ensuring getting a successful and professional result according to the business- and legal requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Good Knowledge of eCommerce platforms
• Good Understanding of Mobile, Analytics, SEO and Tagging
• Systems integration concepts – WebService {REST, SOAP), Batch, EDI, sFTP.
• SAP implementation and/or support experience is a plus.
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• Excellent English knowledge, written and spoken.
