Senior UX Designer

NetEnt?is in the forefront of innovation and we’re now looking for an experienced UX designer to join our Platform Product team. It’s an exciting time to join?NetEnt?as we continue to shake up the gaming market with the design-led, user centric and innovative approach that is making us the players favorite casino gaming supplier.? 

As our Senior UX designer in Platform Products you’ll be responsible for designing the user interfaces and interactions of the NetEnt Engage product area, our gamification and promotion products. You’ll be part of shaping the expanding portfolio of NetEnt?Engage over time, working with PO and the development teams to ensure player experience continues to be a competitive advantage. 

Who are you? 

We think that you are an experienced X-shaped designer with a great passion for visual design?balanced?with?user?experience?methodologies. You like to both design lovable products for consumers as well as efficient workflows for internal systems. You are experienced with incorporating both Qual insights and Quant research / data analysis into designing improved user experiences.? 

We also think that you are a great team player, who will help other team members to develop and be a driving force for close cooperation with our development teams. You’ll represent all the benefits of design ways of thinking and working in the wider?NetEnt?organization, so you need to be a convincing communicator.?

Main game skills: 

Background and education within design or UX  
+5 years of work experience in the UX area and service design
Experience with design for both apps/mobile as well as desktop/web
Design tool such as Sketch, Abstract as well as Photoshop
Hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment 

Bonus game skills: 

Knowledge about gamification and game mechanics 
Graphical asset creation
