Analysis Engineer, Tool Chain System Architect, Active Safety Analysis & Verification

The section Active Safety Sensor and System A&V consists of about 20 people and is responsible for the complete verification chain for sensors and system used for customer functions related with the IntelliSafe innovations. IntelliSafe includes functionalities such as Full auto brake with pedestrian detection, Adaptive cruise control and Pilot assist etc. The section also plays a vital role in the work towards fully autonomous driving vehicles in the Drive Me project. The ever growing number of sensors and system complexity in the vehicle put higher demands of a comprehensive and efficient verification process. The Active Safety A&V tool chain is an area of interest to meet the challenges of the future with increased technology complexity, shorter product development lead times and increased cost efficiency being some of them. Many of the tools are already developed, but the need for a centralised, modular and seamless tool chain has been identified, where coordination, integration and continuous development are challenges to tackle.

We are now looking for an Analysis Engineer that will be responsible for the tool chain system architecture. It encompasses collecting and documenting requirements and needs in order to create a modular and seamless tool chain. This role enquires you to establish and develop relationships with engineers within all groups at Active Safety.

Main responsibilities

* Responsible for creating a module based tool chain architecture
* Documentation of interface and functional module requirements
* Responsible for revision control management and maintenance

Required qualifications

* B.Sc or similar education within the field of system architecture or computer science
* 5 years of documented work experience in relevant areas
* Experience in working with requirement management tools
* Programming experience
* Database experience
* Driver's license
* Fluent in English
* Experience working with Jenkins is meritorious
* Programming experience in Matlab and C/C++ and experience from Database MongoDb is meritorious
* Experience working with cluster computations and cluster management will be an asset
* Experience in both Windows and Unix will also be meritorious
