Proact is seeking a Salesforce System Owner, with passion for business applications and data management, to lead and drive our global CRM platform in close collaboration with business stakeholders and teams.

As our Salesforce System Owner, you will be part of our International Information Management team and report to our CIO. The Information Management team supports and develops our business application landscape to meet our high business requirements.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Develop strategies and long-term plans in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for improvements
• Act as project member in strategic projects involving Salesforce
• Program and project management
• Manage and organize the matrix Salesforce team involved in administration and development of the platform and extensions
• Create an innovative atmosphere built on trust, leveraging diverse perspectives through encouragement of continuous improvement
• Organize and drive our Salesforce change board
• Organize and drive our Salesforce Superuser forum
• Keep users informed about our Salesforce implementation, new functionality and enhancements
• As part of our Information Management team work on overarching strategies and initiatives to improve and integrate the business system landscape as a whole
• Manage ongoing vendor relationships and new vendor evaluations
• Align the platform maturity along with the business roadmap
• Collaborate with all levels of business stakeholders to implement initiatives that optimize or enhances business performance
• Create and maintain relevant documentation

We are currently a quite small team in a matrix organization in multiple geographies. You will therefore need to have a wide skillset as you are expected to enjoy and be capable of anything from hands on administration, basic development, team management and be able to work on a strategic level and interact with business stakeholders on all levels.

Since we are an international company some travel can be expected.

Educations & Qualifications
Required:
• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Hands on Salesforce experience, preferably Sales Cloud
• Thorough understanding of workflow processes and systems to optimize marketing and sales productivity
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey highly technical information in an easy to understand manner
• Proficient in both spoken and written English

Meriting:
• Industry experience
• Experience from a similar role
• Salesforce Certifications in Administration and or Development
• Force.com and or Java or C# development
• Hands-on experience with HTML, Java, Visualforce and Apex
• Knowledge of SOQL
• Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools

Personal characteristics
To enjoy the role as Salesforce System Owner you need to be driving and be used to work independently managing multiple and sometimes competing priorities. You need to have close attention to details and ability to work independently as well as part of a teams on multiple projects.

You have a strong personal leadership, you are careful and clear in your communication and have good collaborative skills. The work involves many contact areas and you enjoy to guide and act without prestige and supports the organisation in the way needed.
