The sprint program

The sprint program is a paid, fulltime, four-month program (September - December). As an intern in the Innovation Hub’s Sprint Program, you will contribute to EVRY’s thought leadership. Through whitepapers, strategic reports, prototypes, concepts and customer cases, the Innovation Hub Sprint Program demonstrates how emerging technologies and industry trends are shaping the future. Such technologies and trends could be Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, AR/VR, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending, Cognitive computing, Machine Learning, Bank-as-a-Platform (BaaP), etc. Your role is to become the expert in your topic and share your analysis and predictions with EVRY and the rest of the world.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We believe in putting together multi-disciplinary teams with people from both non-technical and technical backgrounds, and we are therefore open to different backgrounds and skill sets. Among others:
?Business analysts
?Developers (Front-end/Back-end)
?Data scientists
?Designers (Graphic, UX, UI)
?Researchers in the fields of business or technology
?Hybrids with experience in more than one field is an advantage

Personal skills
?You are a self-driven person who is comfortable with working independently, and you also have a strong team spirit
?You have the ability to work well under pressure and deliver on deadlines
?You contribute to a great work environment through initiating and attending social activities, spread enthusiasm for your work, and inspire and assist your co-workers to thrive at work
?Experience in Design Thinking is an advantage, but not a requirement
?Since we are customer focused, you need to be service-minded, have a positive attitude and a good sense of quality. We make rapid changes at EVRY which requires you to be flexible, independent and motivated by results.
