What will you do?
The Trade Management process aims to optimize our different capacities in terms of revenue and costs. Our vision with the Trade Management tribe is to make this process easier and more profitable by offering new cognitive tools. Since we have 28.000 departures annually and more than 1.000.000 price points for Travel only, we become dependent on automation and good processes to reach our goal.

As a UX Designer you will become a key player when it comes to developing products that support our processes and enhance them. You do that by developing prototypes together with end users with innovative design and navigation to make complicated processes as easy as possible.

Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. Except from being passionate about and having a solid understanding of technology you also have the ability to effectively translate technical terms and concepts to non-technical individuals. You have previous experience throughout all phases of the UX chain; design strategy, concepting, planning, user research and UI design. If you are used to working in an agile and fast changing environment with international contacts, you are the perfect candidate!

You are comfortable with working in a cross-functional, international environment and a natural when it comes to collaboration as well as influencing and inspire people around you. Combined with strong analytical skills, you are a person with positive can-do attitude & ability to achieve set goals and targets.

The must-have’s:

• A suitable university degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience from working within the UX/design area
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken

If you have previous experience from effect mapping it is meritorious.
