We are a group consisting of 14 talented software developers and we have a highly agile, open and energetic work environment where we continuously strive for improvement and welcome all kind of new and creative ideas. We work in a full version of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), giving us the tools to utilize the teams potential to the fullest.

The software developers in the group work with creating a new configuration management system using GIT/Gerrit, supporting continuous integration, build framework, and design tools. The teams also in close collaboration with the application developers in their daily work fulfilling both current and future needs. In the long term plans implementing enablers for continuous deployment is on the agenda.

The framework is provided to the electric propulsion development teams used by both application developers and testers creating the outstanding next generation Volvo product.

You will belong to an agile team consisting of a product owner, scrum master and 5 developers working very close to each other.

What you will do
You will do a lot of programming in different languages such as Python, scripting in Make. You will work as a part of a team developing the in-house tools including the building blocks needed for the CI chain.

There will be a high level of cooperation with the development teams creating ECU software working in an agile setup and you will assist the improvement work around software test strategies and methods.

Who are you?
You have a passion for programming and strive for continuous integration and scripting and are excellent in programming in languages such as Python. You have integrity, courage and positive energy and have experience of working in an agile environment, preferably SAFe or SCRUM. You have worked with software and/or software development. We see it as positive if you have experience with automation servers such as Jenkins.

People see you as cooperative, transparent and would say that you have good communication skills. You are structured, data driven and have good documentation skills. As we are a global company, you need to be proficient in English, bot verbal and written.
