We are now looking for a Solutions Developer to our Solutions Operations Support team! You will be part of a great, senior team of 3 people and your goal as a team is to continuously improve the quality of our system, implement new products and deliver great service to clients and stakeholders. In this role, you will use both your technical skills as well as your service mindset and communication.

Examples of what you will do:

• Imports, exports of data and integrations with the system
• Implementations of payslips, SSO, and pension solutions
• Set up and configure API solutions
• Refactoring of code and functions in the system
• Monitoring and troubleshooting for bugs
• Daily contact with stakeholders, clients and suppliers

As your skills and knowledge of the system develop, so will your tasks and responsibilities. Since you will work in close contact with both internal stakeholders and external clients and solve all sorts of issues– you are a curious problem solver and have a service mindset. You like to cooperate with different people to create “win-win situations”. You have the ability to see the big picture and recurring patterns – that helps us solve the root cause of a problem and not make a quick fix. If you find improvements, you are not afraid to lift this within the team.

The perfect CV isn’t the most important thing, but we believe you have packed your bags with:

• Relevant technical education, ex. Informatics, IT or computer engineering
• Experience from a technical role (might be within technical support, development or test)
• Knowledge in technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript, MySQL and data structures
• Experience from customer contact and working in project form  

It’s also a plus if you have:

• Knowledge in Java
• English is our main language, but if you bring in some Dutch, German or French that would be a huge asset for us since we have clients and colleagues all over Europe
