Responsibilities:

- Handling incoming telephone calls and emails
- System troubleshooting
- Other Service Desk duties that are required
- Ready to work in shifts.

Essential requirements:

Education:

- Intermediate or better proficiency in English and in Swedish language
- Completed secondary school
- Microsoft Certification (preferable)
