Our projects range from everything between Android IoT systems to microcontroller drivers and full Android platform development. Therefore we use a wide range of technologies: From C/C++ for embedded development and Linux to Java for Android platform development.

Swedspot is a software engineering company with focus on smart connected vehicles. Two of our primary areas within the embedded field are telematics systems and driverinformation systems. Driver information utilizes graphical framworks such as Qt so if you have experience in that area is even better!

You’ll join a team with passionate developers with a broad background that love technology and software. We’re deep into CI/CD and test driven development to deliver excellent software and take pride in delivering excellent software.

Kind of must have skills/experiences:

3+ years of embedded software development (C/C++)

Nice to have:

Linux kernel/driver development
Android development
UI development
Qt experience

Swedspot was founded in 2012 as a spin-off from the Swedish car-manufacturer Saab Automobile. The focus on smart connected cars, combined with extensive experience from the automotive industry and investment in connected vehicle, IoT and machine learning has proven successful.

We develop products, concepts and services for the next generation infotainment,cluster and connected vehicles. We believe in a creative work environment and we're open to new initiatives.
