You will be joining the Global Connectivity & Technology team. We are a team of highly qualified engineers with strong industrial knowledge, supporting development of new platforms and services globally and across categories.

A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

As a Senior Java Developer Cloud you will be part of the backend team to enable delivery of outstanding end-customer experience and constantly push business value to new
heights within the connected appliance area.
You are responsible for the continuous development of the Backend of Electrolux Connectivity Platform (ECP). The purpose of ECP is to create a
platform that is easy to integrate with from embedded devices, mobile apps and other cloud services.
The backend consists of a number microservices that are either written in Node.js or Java.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of development in Java and/or Node.js
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with REST services
• Experience using Test Driven Development
• Experience using Continuous Delivery practices
• Knowledge using development tools such as issue tracking systems, versioning platforms, etc.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
• Proficient in spoken and written English

•Experience in creating Jenkins job for build automation
• Scala
