Description Working in 3rd line at Gunnebo means that you only work with a few and very complicated issues during your work day. Our 1st and 2nd line support are very skilled and that means that you need to be even better. You will be the hero and we will give you all information and internal training on our products and systems that you need - we only require that you have the software skills and the brain to do magical stuff with our problems. The person we are looking for are experienced in: - Jira or similar - troubleshooting and system interactions - configuration and installation of software - web applications and network, java It’s important that you are not afraid to test hands on in our lab, that you are analytical and have deep technical knowledge and interest. You need to be fluently in writing and speaking English. In your role you will also continue improve the processes and procedures, write technical documentations and bulletins andreduce repetitive tasks.
