For the third year in a row we at Sigma Young Talent are together with VCRS starting the talent program – VCRS Young Developer Program. To give you the best possible start to your future career this program will consist of working at VCRS combined with further education, team building and guidance by mentors. The program starts in August and will continue for a period of seven months and after a successful participation you will be offered employment at VCRS.

About VCRS: At Volvo Car Retail Solutions we develop and operate premium software solutions for Volvo dealers in Sweden, Norway and Japan. Our business systems support thousands of users in their daily work providing Volvo consumers with a premium experience throughout the car ownership lifecycle. As the retail business faces huge opportunities through digitalization, we strive to be digital ambassadors in the automotive retail eco system by creating innovative, user centered and efficient software systems. Who are we looking for? We are looking for IT graduates who enjoy problem-solving and are eager to learn but most importantly are open to new ways of working and thinking. We have a strong belief that you also enjoy seeking improvements in everything you do and always think forward. Because VCRS work in Agile and cross-functional team it is important that you are a team player where cooperation with colleagues comes naturally.
You have some knowledge in one or several of the following technologies:

C# .NET
Java
Javascript

Applicants should hold a relevant Bachelor or Master degree.
