Job description

We are looking for a new member to our Station Techniques team within R&D at Atlas Copco Industrial Technique. 

We want to be in the forefront of the market and you will be working on developing new exciting products for our customers. Together we are developing high quality software used by customers world-wide. You are most likely using our customers’ products on a daily basis. 

We are an international team with broad competence in the Linux platform, C++ application and build system. We work in an agile environment close to products where new initiatives and possibilities constantly emerge.

About the job

You will join one of our projects at the Station Techniques team, doing technical design and implementation of new features. Together with your colleagues, in close collaboration with market and other departments, you will be involved in every step. From initial idea to final product.

What you need to succeed 

We are looking for a C developer with debugging skills for our Linux and device driver development. Preferably you have experience of ARM CPU’s and working close to the hardware.

Experience in any of these areas will be considered as a plus: Yocto, Open Source projects, C++, JTAG, and bootloaders.

As a person, you are a true team player with a “can-do” attitude, easy to interact with as well as eager to learn. You are self-organized, committed and customer focused.

Education

You hold a technical university degree or a Master of Science in Software Engineering.
