Moreover with seniority comes responsibility, and we hope to see you as a potential informal or formal mentor to younger developer colleagues and/or functioning as tech lead in different projects.

Role

We are looking to grow the best digital full-service agency in Stockholm. In order to achieve that mission, we are now growing our tech team. As a developer you will  work on an assigned client project together with a team of fellow developers, visual designers, ux designers, strategists and business developers.  We are fortunate to work with some of the most innovative and digital curious clients.  Together with them we create digital solutions and solve their technical problems with a true passion.  

 Who you are?

Tech is your passion, you are an experienced developer and have been working for some years, mastering your skills in  front-end, back-end or even fullstack.  In the end we are not the ones to focus on labels, more so, we are trying to find the developer out there who is the perfect match for us.

You love solving complex technical challenges and want to exercise that problem-solving mindset in creating digital solutions for our clients. In doing that, you are a "consultant" at heart, understanding and thriving in solving problems and delivering excellency to our clients.

We’re looking for someone who: 

• is an experienced developer with at least 2 years work experience
• loves trying out new frameworks, libraries, and leveraging them off, whenever necessary.
• has experience with different technologies, merit if you know  C#/Java/Node.js but we are not restricted into looking only at these technologies
• is humble, open-minded, and a true team-player, not just on paper, but for real; you're happy to help your colleagues when they want to exchange ideas or are simply just stuck in the mud.
• full proficiency in both Swedish and English is a must
