As Sitecore Architect at Photon’s client in Gothenburg, you will be responsible for architecting the client’s complex digital solutions. The overall mission is to create personal, interactive and consumer-friendly digital experiences. Based on Sitecore solutions, you and your team will be developing the look and feel of the consumer facing web applications and modules that is used worldwide. This includes maintaining, optimizing and developing scalable and high-quality functionalities that the website uses to interact. You will also be part of creating the prerequisite and analytics to gain better user's experience data. To do so you will be using the Microsoft technology stack including the latest version of .NET, ASP .NET, C# and Azure. More specifically, the role may include tasks such as:
• Developing and adding new functionalities to the platform
• Build new API: s
• Manage and optimize current campaigns
• Personalize and improve the user interface
• Evaluate and optimize performance
You will interact directly and effectively with the customers and the internal team to identify problems and solutions and working towards completion of the project on time. You will also be involved in developing proof-of-concept solutions. In addition to the hands-on coding you will also take technical lead for your team. This is an opportunity to develop your leadership skills and coach your team members to become even better.

To be successful in this position we also believe that you:
• Have experience in delivering Sitecore solutions and expert understanding of Sitecore technology stack
• Possess skills in .NET Framework & C#
• Have knowledge and experience with HTML 5 and CSS 3
• Be knowledgeable in methodologies and design patterns, CMS implementation best practices
• Contribute to requirements gathering and analysis activities such as storyboarding.
• Have worked in open source front-end solutions like jQuery, Angular JS, Mustache/Handlebar, etc.
• Have experience with Sitecore Analytics and Personalization is added advantage
• Verbal and Written fluency in English.
• Have experience
• Extensive experience with ASP.NET MVC 3+
• MS SQL Experience (2008/2012)
• Experience building WCF and RESTful web service architectures
A Sitecore Architect Certification is a value-added expectation.
