Technical Consultant/Integration Engineer

We are now looking for another star to join our Technical Consulting team in Stockholm.

How about the job?

As Integration Engineer you will be responsible for the technical delivery in our projects. This includes software installation and integrations, our solution is either installed on premises or in Microsoft Azure environment. You will also be a valuable colleague in the team managing and solving technical issues during the project lifecycle. This will be done with support from your colleagues within the integration team in Stockholm, Dubai and Denver.

You will work closely together with our customers, project managers and account managers to identify and understand the needs of our customers and prospects. The position is in our Stockholm office and most of the work is performed from the office as you will remotely serve customers all over the world

Your days will be filled with:

- Teleopti WFM setup, on premise or hosted in Microsoft Azure
- Setting up integrations between Teleopti WFM and Contact Center platforms
- Customization of integrations: o Database, File or Web API integrations
- Customer projects meetings, mainly over phone
- Internal project meetings
- Trouble shooting and solving technical issues for our customers
- Requirements gathering and specifications of customizations
- Technical sales support

How about you?

- • You have good knowledge in Microsoft SQL
You are curious about (or knowledgeable about) Microsoft Azure Cloud technology
You communicate well in English (Swedish is not a requirement)
You enjoy working close to customers
You are curious to learn new things and a fast learner
Knowledge in C#, WEB APIs or Contact Center platforms is advantageous
