Senior Test Lead

We are looking for you who have at least 5 years of planning and coordinating as a Test Lead in a larger enterprise. You will report to the Program Test Management and work closely together with the delivery areas as well as existing solutions.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Test Leader comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. The primary responsibility will be to plan, order and coordinate test environments and test data, for our new platform, as well as the existing solutions. Your to do-list also includes:

- Ensure that test environments are available at the right period, with the correct versions and valid test data
- Define and maintain processes and documentation for test environments and test data handling
- Communicate and coordinate test activities with the Development and Integration teams as well as the existing solutions and the programs functional areas

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, sales minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You have excellent verbal communication skills and you work in a structured way. You enjoy working in an ever changing environment. And your skills include:

- Experience from work with test environments and test data in large situation
- Experience from work as test lead in complex system environments
- Business process experience within sales, logistics, warehouse management and/or finance
