• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as IT Operations and Support Engineer Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
• ITIL certification is a plus
• Clarify software Experience
• CDrator software Experience
• High level of knowledge in software development
• Advanced knowledge in software design
• Fluent English is a must
