IOT QA Engineer

We are looking for engaged and enthusiastic QA Software and/or Hardware Engineer to join one of our teams in Partners and Emerging Platforms Tribe. We are working together in autonomous teams that take full responsibility for Spotify integration on emerging platforms and hardware partners such as car, TV and speaker manufacturers. You will join a team where everyone shares a common interest in scalability and continued development. Together we try to find new ways to create a great Spotify experience for all our users at all times. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.What You’ll DoAdvocate for quality within cross-functional development teamsCoordinate testing efforts to ensure the delivery of quality featuresMaintain test reporting and visualizationMake testing an integral part of the development processReport bugs and follow them through the complete bug cycleContribute to Spotify’s long term vision and strategy for QA and Test AutomationLook for opportunities to work testing automation and quality into the product development processWho You AreYou have 5+ years experience in quality assistance testing software and hardwareExperience testing IOT, automotive infotainment, home CE, or wearable devices is an advantageExperience testing voice-enabled devicesExperience with one or more programming languages (Python, C or Java)Experience working with OEM partnersYou have shown an ability to advocate for quality across functional teamsYou have a passion for quickly shipping innovative features that are simultaneously reliableYou are experienced with agile methodologies and understand what it means to have a quality mindset in an agile environmentYou will work from our awesome office in Stockholm - we offer relocation packages if you do not currently live in Sweden.
