UX Analyst

Role Summary:The User Experience Analyst is responsible for gathering user insights, planning and executing qualitative/quantitative research and providing data centric recommendations that meet business needs. This role requires a solid understanding of human centered design thinking. The UX Analyst should have the ability to evaluate business goals and problem-solve in a dynamic and agile technology environment.Essential Responsibilities:You will be part of a small but growing UX team and collaborate with the Marketing, Technology, IT and Ecommerce teams to improve and map the digital customer experience.  Develop and lead usability test plans and processes to conduct user research activities like data analysis, user interviews, persona workshops, heuristicevaluations, surveys and A/B testingPerform data analysis using analytics, heatmaps and session recording tools to track conversion and identify user needs and goals to document personas anduser journeysReport and present actionable findings to internal stakeholders to optimize the user experienceUse A/B testing tools and analytics to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of design and contentEnsure clear test hypotheses and KPIs are developed with stakeholders based on testing requirementsQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Information Design, Human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent knowledge/experienceStrong industry experience in user experience research and testing, preferably within an ecommerce businessMust have significant experience with quantitative and qualitative testing methods and data analysisExperience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Mouseflow, Hot Jar, Crazy Egg, OptimizelyA good grasp on HTML, CSS to be able to develop a/b testsDesired Characteristics:Demonstrate a good understanding of Agile / Lean UX methodologiesStrong communication and presentation skills including the ability to facilitate discussionsAbility to travel to our offices in the UK and USAFluent in oral and written English
