We ask our employees for feedback on a regular basis, not just on what we do but how we do it – the will to develop and get better is a part of our daily work. Junior developerIn the role as a junior system developer we see you as a driven person who has recently completed university or other education-based learning or job experience that includes python development as well as web development. We do not expect you to come with all the skills and experience and will provide training and education to expand your knowledge. However, we do expect you to have a working knowledge of the required languages and not just read the Wikipedia pages. There will be a senior developer on hand to assist and act as a mentor during your first 6 months with us. Delivery on a regular basis is expected.We develop on PCs using Windows and Linux.
