UX Project Lead

Ericsson’s Business Area Digital Services develops software-based solutions to support its customers to transform their network, enable and deliver multi-services to its customer’s customers. There, the user experience (UX) is recognized and established as an important part of our organization’s business and strategy.
Today, we are looking for talented and experienced UX Project Lead to join our team in Stockholm (Kista), Sweden.
You have at least 5 years of experience working on complex projects, preferably in a design agency environment. You are familiar with user-centered design processes and you possess a natural attention to detail.
As a UX Project Lead, you’ll manage the execution of experiences from concept through delivery. You will work with a team of visual/interaction designers, front-end developers and user researchers, establish and communicate detailed timing and deliverables by channel/tactic for multiple projects simultaneously. You will also help building connections across creative projects, mitigate risks and roadblocks, and communicate roles and responsibilities throughout the project workflow.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working in technology including web, desktop and mobile. This position requires constant communication, collaboration, and coordination with business leaders and technology partners throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
Lead projects from kickoff to final delivery
Plan and implement projects
Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
Define tasks and required resources
Collect and manage project team
Manage budget
Allocate project resources
Create schedule and project timeline
Track deliverables
Support and direct team
Lead quality assurance
Monitor and report on project progress
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Evaluate and assess result of project

Education & Experience
5+ years of experience working on complex projects, preferably in a design agency environment
Creative thinking and analytical capabilities to build solutions for clients
Experience solving business challenges through a human-centered design approach of research, workshops, journey mapping, concepting, prototyping, service blueprints, etc.
Experience in Agile and Lean software delivery
Track record of delivering projects on time, with positive margins and ensuring client and design team happiness
Ability to work on multiple projects at a time, work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
Excellent time management, financial management, interpersonal and leadership skills
Management experience training and mentoring junior level support
Natural attention to detail
