What will you do?
Who can better help us create user friendly world-class self-service solutions then a UX magician?! As a UX Designer you will be a key player in developing products that support our customers efficiently and make complicated processes as easy as possible. You will be responsible for the overall user experience of the services you work with. You will gather user insights by planning and conducting user research through for example customer visits and data analysis. With an understanding of technical limitations as well as business strategies, you will analyze and translate needs to impact maps, user journey maps, wireframes and prototypes that you iterate in close cooperation with the product owner, development team and key stakeholders. You will gather feedback through user testing and you will support the development team with user insights and UI-design.

Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. Except from being passionate about and having a solid understanding of UX and technology, you also have the ability to effectively translate technical terms and concepts to non-technical individuals. You have previous experience in all phases of the UX chain; design strategy, user research, UX prototypes and UI design. If you are used to working in an agile environment with international contacts, you are the perfect candidate!

You are comfortable with working in a cross-functional environment and you are a natural when it comes to collaboration as well as influencing and inspire people around you. Combined with strong analytical skills, you are a person with positive can-do attitude & ability to achieve set goals and targets.

The must-have’s:

• A suitable university degree or equivalent
• Experience from working within the UX/design area
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken

If you have previous experience in impact mapping it is meritorious.
