Optimization Expert/Software Engineer Wanted

What do we do? As an Optimization Expert/Software Engineer you will work with improving our existing optimization solutions and take part in innovating new solutions to meet existing and future problems. We follow the SAFe framework and ship code to our clients every 6th week. You will spend time in the following areas:§ Design and develop new features requested by our clients and/or our portfolio§ Analyze and improve existing code to improve performance and value§ Work with mathematical modelling and algorithmic development§ Assist customer projects and help them tune the optimizer to meet its maximum§ Innovate, research and come with ideas for how to take our products to the next generation§ Test, support and maintain the solutions that the team has builtWho are you? You most likely have a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctors degree within (or close to) the field of Computer Science or Optimization. Technical challenges and solving problems truly excites you. You are skilled at programming, especially C++ and want to keep growing your programming skills. You have a strong interest in Mathematics and are most likely interested in Optimization and solving high complex scheduling problems. You are eager to take on challenges and see possibilities, where others see obstacles. You like to work in a team and see that the sum is worth more than each piece.
