Last two years, we have had 4-10x revenue growth year-over-year.We have built a strong team of 8 people (but we lack a UX/UI designer).What is our next challenge?Continuous growth. In order to grow, we need to have someone taking full ownership of our UX/UI with a focus on UX. So that our customers have an easier time onboarding to the product and use our self-service Ad Tech product.What's your role?As a UI/UX Designer, you will work on our visual designs and interaction flows. You are versatile at creating web and mobile designs. You are creative, customer focused, passionate about solving customer problems and have disruptive ideas that push the boundaries in creating amazing experiences. In this role, you will work closely with a team of product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to build the next generation of Influencer Marketing products.You'll be working with a highly motivated team of experts with a deep understanding of how to help you with your challenges. Together, we've executed 1,000+ collaborations across Twitch and YouTube reaching millions of consumers.Key ResponsibilitiesSetup process and strategies for how to work with UX at Wehype.Increase measurability of the user experience.Deliver designs for multiple projects at the same time.Rapidly iterate on designs within engineering and design constraints.Collaborate with engineering throughout the development cycle to iterate on and deliver product designs of extraordinary quality.Why Wehype?Join a startup culture that is built around the awesome Video Gaming Community.Be a part of shaping the environment and eco-system for the influencer economy within gaming and esports.Join in on our awesome team trips to DreamHack, Gamescom and other conventions and festivals.Work closely with some of the worlds biggest and most recognized Twitch and YouTube influencers.SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS1+ years creating consumer-friendly interactive designs.An interest for the gaming/esport community.Ability to rapidly produce multiple UX/UI concepts.Strong communication skills to clearly articulate your concepts with rationale—and evangelize on their behalf.Experience designing web products.Highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, with an entrepreneurial mindset.Nice to havePrevious experience from an Adtech or gaming/esport product.Experience working with HTML, CSS & Angular.Fluency in other European languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Italian, German).About WehypeWehype is a marketing technology company providing the next generation influencer marketing platform tailored for gaming, esport & live streaming.
