A/B Test Coordinator

Take the opportunity to be part of our online expansion at Online Sales and Marketing! The demand for A/B testing is getting higher with requests from the whole organization and as our next A/B Test Coordinator you will play a central part in meeting these demands. You will collaborate closely with departments such as the business sales organization, all HM brands and other parts of the IT Department. The team currently consists of eight people and four of them are working as A/B test developers and four are working with web analysis tracking implementation.  The role involves testing A/B test variations before they are launched, coordinate test tasks within the team and implementation of simpler A/B-tests. You will work in tools like Optimizely, Office365 (Teams, SharePoint etc) and Visual Studio Code. This is a great opportunity for you who are in the beginning of your career and want to grow in your profession. You will develop a deep understanding for the different e-commerce sites within the H&M Group and within the A/B-test area.  To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience working with front-end development or test of e-commerce solutions. You are thorough and structured in your work, are able to seek knowledge on your own, have great communication skills and is service minded.  Your responsibilities The job of an A/B-test coordinator at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your responsibilities include:  Coordinate tests and delegate test tasks within the team Test developed A/B-test experiments and report defects to assigned developer Monitor ongoing experiments and verify that for example specified goals are being captured correctly Develop and implement simple A/B-test experiments Support business users in the A/B-test tool Communicate the A/B-test schedule Work on improvements of the processes Your skills  Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
