Software Engineer to innovative company

·Develop and implement the best software solutions that effectively satisfy business functional and non-functional requirements
·Adhere to CPA Global/IP Platform coding standards for excellence and industry best practices regarding the development processes
·Follow Scrum methodologies and actively participate in work planning, estimations or refinement sessions
·Work closely with the team to share responsibility of keeping time-commitments
·Collaborate with team members and other teams (DevOps) and groups (Product Management) within CPA Global
·Participate in group improvement activities and initiatives to improve processes and product quality
·Document solutions and maintain technical specifications
·Refactor, update, and extend existing code and frameworks to remain current and maintainable
·Continuously improve and innovate

As we are expanding our software offerings we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Software Engineer to join this exciting team.
You will be responsible for providing the simplest yet effective software solutions to problems stated in business requirements; implementing creative and innovative approaches to solving complex functional and logical challenges.

The Software Engineer role combines the use of software development techniques, patterns and tools with Agile methodologies and analytical thinking to deliver customer-ready, scalable and maintainable features and functionalities. You will collaborate with the QA Engineers, Architects, Product Owner and Professional Services teams to build reliable cloud-based software ready to be used by hundreds of corporate clients around the world.

Key skills and expirience
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Design, or related fields education or 3-4 years of relevant work experience
*Demonstrable proficiency in software engineering techniques and methodologies is required
*Demonstrable proficiency in C#, JavaScript and SQL development and related tools is required
*Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript libraries (e.g. Angular) is required
*Experience with delivering web-based applications is expected
*Knowledge and experience in agile software development (e.g. SCRUM) is required
*Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience working in cross-skilled teams
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Strong aptitude and ability to quickly learn new processes, skills, technology and tools
*Ability to self-evaluate and quickly adapt to change
