WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Product Imaging Engineer role is extremely wide and will offer anything from development of SW that controls the image quality, hands-on work with early prototype, Python script development, tests in image labs, filming at different locations, evaluation of sensors and optics and development of new innovative production methods. You will use your full tool-box of Engineering skills including advanced mathematics, innovation skills and advanced problem solving.

Your responsibilities will include:

Software design, programming and maintenance.
Optimizing image quality in a camera development project
Development and execution of image quality tests
Acting as the project’s contact person when it comes to image quality
In the role as Product Imaging Engineer, you will play an important part in our development projects for new cameras. You will work in a team responsible for the development of Fixed Network Cameras, from early product development to mass production.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe you have a genuine interest in technology, mathematics, programming and imaging. You have a Master of Science degree from Engineering Physics or similar and experience in SW development. You are new graduate or have a couple of years of working experience.

We furthermore think you are a curious and result-oriented person that can work well on your own or in a team. You have very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and in writing.

In addition to the above, experience from the following areas is meriting:

Knowledge of image processing, e.g. filtering, colour reconstruction, scaling, binning, noise reduction, etc.
Linux/C embedded systems programming
Development of embedded systems
Python and MATLAB
Photography, optics, and image sensor technology (CMOS/CCD)
