About the talent program
We are looking for 15 motivated talents with a profound technical interest to join the Jeppesen talent program – Earn Your Wings. The program will last for ten months and during this time you will combine technical education with practical tasks at Jeppesen. Throughout the program you will be supported by a dedicated mentor and have a great opportunity to get to know the company. Together with your colleagues, you will carry out an innovation-project that will be presented to the Jeppesen management team.

Departments, teams and opportunities at Jeppesen
Jeppesen offers placement in teams within one of three different departments with the following focus areas.

Software development: This department is for you who enjoys product development, innovation of core products, optimization, mathematics and programming. Depending on your skills and interest, you will be part of a team working with Web application, Optimization, Backend or UI. If you want to become an expert in algorithms, Optimization, Java, C++, C, Python, .Net or Linux- the this department is the right one for you.

Implementation: Within this department, the Software Customization team is responsible for the customization and delivery of the Crew & Fleet management products to airline customers and that the delivered solutions are what the customer truly needs. This is achieved by customizing software, fine-tuning the optimizer, verifying quality and testing. The department is looking for a team player, who has great communication skills, is passionate about problem solving and enjoys building long-term customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to occasionally travel to customers as part of the job.

Client Service: As a Service Manager at the Client Service department, you will work with proactive support and technical account management. The role consists of analyzing code and core applications to assist clients with expert support. This department is looking for technically competent, energized and social individuals who are eager to work with planning products in close cooperation with our customers.Infrastructure: This group is hosting our customer’s applications. We are setting up all environments in data centers around the world and we are working close to customers, implementation and support teams. Most of our applications require a high uptime so you need to be precise in your work. This team is distributed team so you will work with team mates and customers based in all regions of the world. If you are social and interested in infrastructure, this is the team for you.

Your qualifications
You will most likely find a team that fits your profile, knowledge and interest! We are looking for candidates who have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Physics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent degree. For the talent program we are looking for new graduates who have a passion for innovation, that enjoys problem solving and who are interested in working for a global corporation offering an opportunity for personal development while making a difference in the one of the leading companies within the aerospace industry.
